In January 2018, I started as a float secretary and was able to get to know and appreciate almost the entire firm and many teams.

Since autumn 2018, I have been an assistant to our employment law partner Thomas Hey and his steadily growing team, where I mainly perform the "classic" tasks relating to court proceedings, fee law, ZV and deadlines. In addition, there are aspects of event management and supervision of lawyers and legal assistants who work with us during their various stages of training. The highlight of my work is the implementation of the beA in our daily work and the challenging questions of our clients due to the corona pandemic as well as the on-the-job training of new colleagues about the beA. The big highlight will be the first party of the Birds after the pandemic.
