Embrace

Embrace is our multicultural employee-led network that aims to support the advancement of racial and cultural diversity across the firm. Embrace seeks to foster a safe space for members of, and allies to, minority cultural and racial backgrounds. 

Within Embrace, we focus on three key arms: 

  • Perspectives and Policy – actively engaging with HR to focus on curating diverse and inclusive policies, training programmes and recruitment initiatives across the firm. 
  • Awareness and events – celebrating diversity and educating staff by delivering events and releasing internal comms 
  • Community and Outreach – engaging with charities and like-minded organisations to collaborate on community outreach projects and volunteering opportunities
