Will the Commercial Real Estate Sector achieve Net Zero by 2050?

It is estimated that the commercial real estate sector is responsible for 40% of global annual CO2 emissions and on a national level, it is estimated that the UK real estate sector’s annual emissions have increased from 13% in 1990 to 21% in 2020 – that is over a fifth of all CO2 emissions within the UK.
