Work Assignment 

ICT-Card

The ICT-Card allows for an intra-company transfer. It is aimed at companies that are based outside the EU and want to temporarily transfer staff to a branch office in France.
The employee can stay in France for 90 days maximum in any period of 180 consecutive days.

Employment Immigration

Passeport talent: Qualified employee:

Conditions:

• Employee has a French diploma equivalent to a master’s degree;
• Duration of assignment is at least 3 months; and,
• Employee will be hired with a gross salary which is at least twice the statutory minimum wage.

Passeport talent - European blue Card:

The Blue Card is a residence title allowing high-skilled third-country nationals to work in France.

Conditions:

• Diploma attesting to at least 3 years of higher education or 5 years of professional experience of a comparable level and,
• Duration of work is at least 1 year; and,
• Employee has an employment contract with a gross salary which is at least equal to 53 836,50 € (2023).

Passeport talent – Innovative Company

Conditions:

• Company who has the innovative Company Label
• Remuneration of at least twice the minimum wage.
