Underway. The Chamber of Deputies approved the draft Act on 10 April 2024 and proceeded it to the Senate for consideration. Once the draft Act passes the whole (standard) legislative process, the Act is to enter into force on the first day of the calendar month following the date of its publication in the Collection of Laws of the Czech Republic.
