I am a LegalTech & Innovation Executive at Bird & Bird. Our team's mission is to create, support and promote great LegalTech Solutions for Bird & Bird and our clients.

As part of my role, I focus on the operational functions associated with Legaltech implementation & management. I am actively involved in horizon scanning activities at the firm, identifying emerging technologies and trends that create opportunities for innovation within at Bird & Bird.

Before joining Bird & Bird, I worked as a Disputes Resolution paralegal at a magic circle law firm, where I held a hybrid role that uniquely combined traditional paralegal responsibilities with legal operations functions. This dual focus provided me with valuable insights into both the practical and strategic aspects of legal service delivery.

I joined Bird & Bird in 2023 as part of the Legal Project Delivery team, specialising in process optimisation. This role proved instrumental in cultivating my passion for legal process improvement and, more broadly, understanding the transformative potential of technology in driving operational excellence within legal practice. The experience has been invaluable in shaping my perspective on how innovative solutions can enhance both efficiency and client service delivery.

• Supporting Bird & Bird legal teams to optimise internal processes through process mapping and solution enablement.
• Operational focus within Legaltech, collating, reporting and maintaining data relevant to our Legaltech stack.
• Horizon scanning supportive personnel, analysing existing tools and startup Legaltech companies to identify opportunities and inform strategic initiatives.
• Internal team lead for the transition of our intake process.
