I work as an associate in our International Aviation & Aerospace Sector Group, based in Beijing.

I assist domestic and international lessors, airlines, and financial institutions with various aircraft finance and leasing transactions, including financing leases, operating leases, and sale-and-leaseback deals. My role involves supporting cross-border transactions and coordinating with multiple parties and jurisdictions to ensure smooth execution and compliance with relevant laws. This experience has given me valuable insights into the commercial and legal challenges clients face in different markets.
