Wojciech Bieganski

I am an Associate in the Corporate and M&A team in Warsaw.

I have been advising clients since 2018, specialising in commercial, civil and business law. I have experience in commercial and capital transactions, including asset and share deals on the buy side and the sell side.

I assist clients with due diligence processes, with special focus on corporate matters and commercial agreements. I design transaction structures and draft documents such as investment agreements, shareholder agreements, share purchase agreements and business purchase agreements.

I advise on incorporations, transformations and liquidations of companies, and prepare the documents governing bodies need to change management and supervisory board's structures, approve financial documents, and comply with registration requirements.

I represent clients from various sectors including, in particular, clients from the energy, food, real estate and technology sectors, helping them execute material commercial and regulatory agreements.

Before joining Bird & Bird, I gained professional experience in renowned Polish and international law firms.
