Vivien Kovács

I am a Trainee Associate in our Budapest office and a member of our Dispute Resolution, Competition & EU, and Energy & Utilities groups.

In order to gain experience and to have a general overview of the profession, I deal with a wide range of legal matters within the office.

My practice primarily focuses on complex domestic and cross-border lawsuits, but I have also been involved in high-profile cross-border M&A matters including due diligence processes.

I graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Eötvös Loránd University in 2020. During my university years, I developed my professional experience as a legal intern at the Budapest office of Bird & Bird, and before that at a major business-oriented Hungarian law firm where I gained knowledge of corporate and tax law.

I am fluent in English and have a good understanding of German in addition to my native Hungarian.
