I am a Junior Associate in the Corporate M&A team at Bird & Bird's Copenhagen office, where I advise clients on M&A transactions and general corporate law matters.

My role involves advising a diverse range of clients - from established industrial companies and private equity firms to innovative early-stage startups - on all aspects of M&A transactions and corporate law matters.

I have experience across the full spectrum of corporate activities, including share and asset transfers, due diligence investigations, drafting and negotiation of transaction documents and corporate structuring. I provide comprehensive support on investment rounds, corporate governance structures, and the general corporate housekeeping matters that are essential for growing businesses.
