Verity Spragge

I am an associate in our International Corporate Group in London. I work on a diverse range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital and corporate reorganisations.

I enjoy working with a variety of clients, often at the most interesting points in the life cycle of their businesses, including companies, investors and entrepreneurs. The most rewarding part of my role is understanding a client's commercial objectives and delivering tailored legal advice that adds real value.

Prior to joining Bird & Bird, I worked at a US headquartered international law firm where I advised on both corporate and finance matters. This has given me a solid understanding of the role of debt in corporate transactions.

While I work with clients across a wide range of industries, I have a particular interest in the Media, Entertainment & Sports, Retail & Consumer and Life Sciences & Healthcare sectors.
