I am an associate in the Corporate and M&A team.

I have been advising clients since 2014.

I specialise in commercial and corporate law, as well as in civil law. In my work, I handle civil law and corporate law cases, in particular with regards to mergers and acquisitions, and provide ongoing corporate advice, as well as advise clients on the reorganisation of their businesses.

I have participated in numerous M&A projects in both local and cross-border transactions (of both asset deal and share deal type), as well as in the processes of transforming, merging, demerging and liquidating companies operating in various industry sectors. I have supported domestic and foreign clients in activities related to starting up their business in Poland with the use of various legal forms, as well as having their operations reorganised.

I have advised on the day-to-day operations of their companies and provided assistance related to the operation of corporate bodies, as well as financing transactions. I am experienced in conducting legal due diligence of companies, especially on corporate matters. I participate in transaction structure planning and prepare transactional and post-transactional documents including, in particular, share purchase agreements and business sale agreements, as well as related documents.

In my work, I have also handled issues related to environmental and energy law.

Before joining Bird & Bird, I gained my professional experience working for reputable international and Polish law firms. I was also an in-house lawyer in energy sector companies.
