I am a lawyer in the Corporate M&A team of Bird & Bird Brussels. I specialise in a variety of subjects, most notably assisting our clients during the course of large financial and corporate transactions.
Prior to joining Bird & Bird, I worked as a company lawyer in a boutique Tier 1 law firm focusing on social entrepreneurship, sustainability and the non-profit sector.
Before that, I was a paralegal in the Corporate M&A department of a large, international law firm. I also obtained valuable legal experience through summer internships at several Brussels-based international law firms.
I made the switch to law later in life and obtained my master's as a working student, combining my studies with positions in the IT, life sciences and financial sectors.
