I am a counsel in our Corporate Group, based in Paris. I advise our clients on a broad range of corporate matters, with a focus on venture capital financings and M&A transactions.

I mainly advise emerging growth companies, in France and abroad, through every stage of the corporate life cycle, as well as the private equity and industrial investors that finance them, particularly in the life sciences and healthcare sectors.

I also advise French and international clients on a broad range of corporate law matters, including M&A transactions and management incentive schemes.

Prior to joining Bird & Bird, I've worked for several international law firms in Paris.
