Simon Haugaard

I am an assistant associate in our procurement team in Copenhagen, where I advise both public authorities and businesses on all phases of the procurement process and advise on any potential issues.

My goal is to optimize our clients' procurement strategies and help them navigate the procurement process in the most appropriate way possible, especially by focusing on communicating complex regulation in an easy-to-understand way.

I advise on everything from the development of procurement strategy, negotiations and both the submission and evaluation of tenders. In addition, I am driven by project management and thrive on maintaining an effective and positive collaboration between all parties involved in the procure-ment process, as I see this as key to achieving the best results.

My previous work experience includes several stays in the public sector, and I therefore have a good understanding of what needs or challenges organisations may have, which I actively apply when advising our clients.
