About Me
I am a Senior Associate in the Energy & Utilities team where I advise entities in the energy and gas fuels sector on regulatory issues.
I specialise in the broad field of energy law. I have experience in leading projects that require complex analysis, including engagements in such areas as the power market, unbundling, renewable energy sources and EU law. I advise electricity distributors on, i.a., the issue of grid connection conditions, fulfilment of statutory obligations by the DSO and obligations to report to the President of the Energy Regulatory Office (ERO).I take an active part in drafting and reviewing contracts for entities in the electricity and gas industry. I prepare change in law proposals for Poland's largest electricity traders. I also perform due diligence reviews of solar energy and wind farm projects.
I provide support to those interested in entering the energy storage or biomethane generation market.
Clients appreciate my pragmatic approach to proposed solutions in which I take into account both the specifics of their business and the nature of the industry in which they operate.
