About Me
As an associate in the Finance & Financial Regulation group, I specialise in (international oriented) project finance and in real estate finance.
At Bird & Bird, I predominantly assist clients with their projects in the Energy and Utilities sector or the Infrastructure sector. We have a strong background in digital infrastructure (such as the financing, the construction, operation or acquisition of data centres or the roll out of optic fibre networks) and renewable resources, such as wind, solar, hydro, biomass and battery storage.I enjoy cross-border transactional work as it involves collaborating with various stakeholders on a high level. Bird & Bird offers a cross-jurisdictional package covering all legal aspects of complex transactions. This includes working together with IP, regulatory and our civil-law notary to deliver due diligence reports.
Before joining Bird & Bird, I worked for a global asset manager and studied a semester in the USA, focussing on corporate finance, securitisation, and project finance.
