I am a motivated and results-orientated Irish commercial litigator and a member of Bird & Bird's International Dispute Resolution Group. My specialty is commercial dispute resolution with a particular emphasis on complex Irish Commercial Court litigation, shareholder disputes and contractual disputes, as well as corporate restructurings (solvent and insolvent) and insolvency.

I frequently advise clients in respect of a wide variety of complex commercial litigation and contentious insolvency matters, as well as large scale transactions and reorganisations implemented with the sanction of the Irish High Court.

I have considerable experience advising clients on a wide range of commercial disputes and complex multi-party litigation, and regularly advise clients in alternative dispute resolution procedures, such as mediation and commercial negotiation.

My insolvency expertise includes advising the various stakeholders in insolvency scenarios including office holders (receivers, liquidators, examiners), directors, shareholders and creditors. I am commercially focused and strive to provide strategic, results-focused advice in order to meet the commercial and legal objectives of my clients.

• Defending and issuing Judicial Review and High Court proceedings (including proceedings in the High Court's Commercial List) involving commercial and contractual disputes (cross-border and domestic)
• Advising on large scale transactions and reorganisations implemented with the sanction of the Irish High Court, including cross-border schemes of arrangement pursuant to Part 9 of the Companies Act 2014
• Advising a pharmaceutical company on compliance with the transparency requirements of the EU Clinical Trial Regulation, namely the requirement to disclose clinical trial information and availing
• Advising a pharmaceutical company in respect of a potential challenge to the HSE's proposed revised prices of medical products pursuant to the Health (Pricing and Supply of Medical Goods) Act 2013
• Advising directors and stakeholders in respect of their statutory and fiduciary duties and the various sanctions under the Companies Act 2014, such as disqualification orders and restriction orders
