About Me
I am a Partner in the Finance & Financial Regulation team in Warsaw. I am an expert in financial sector regulations and capital market transactions.
I advise local and international banks, investment firms, payment institutions and other financial institutions on a broad range of regulatory matters, including CRD, CRR, BRRD, MiFID, PSD and AML.I have special focus on regulations concerning operations of foreign credit institutions in Poland.
I also advise on capital market transactions, in particular debt capital market and structured finance transactions. They include issuance of domestic bonds, Eurobonds, regulatory capital instruments (MREL, TLAC), covered bonds as well as true sale and synthetic securitisation.
Prior to joining our firm, I had worked in other international law firm operating in Poland.
