I'm a junior associate in the Privacy and Data Protection practice of Bird & Bird's Warsaw office.

I have been advising clients since 2022, specialising in data protection for Polish companies and leading international listed companies, including banks, software houses, social media, e-commerce platforms, pharmaceutical, energy and utilities companies.

I advise on data transfer risk assessments and the impacts of data processing and have in-depth experience in assessing both third country legislation and regulatory practices. I participate in projects related to consumer and employee data processing.

I have carried out numerous due diligence projects on the purchaser's side and advised banks and investment funds during their acquisitions in the UK, including the acquisition of a publicly listed company.

Before joining Bird & Bird, I gained my professional experience in a global pharmaceutical company and in the Warsaw offices of international law firms, where I was dealing with data protection law, competition law and advising on contract negotiations under the laws of England and Wales, Sweden and Delaware (USA).
