About Me
I am a partner in our International Corporate Group based in Stockholm, where I advise on capital markets and public M&A transactions, as well as the legal and financial regulatory aspects of investment banking.
My practice focuses on all aspects of capital markets, public M&A transactions, and financial regulation in the Nordic region and internationally. Today, I represent issuers, underwriters, shareholders, bidders and other participants in all types of capital market matters, including IPOs, rights issues, public takeovers, underwritings, buyback programmes, share and share-related incentive programmes, as well as capital markets regulation. In addition, I advise on other aspects of financial regulation and on the establishment of private equity fund structures.My professional background includes positions as head of the capital markets practices at Swedish law firms Hamilton and Törngren Magnell, as well as ten years as an associate in the capital markets group of leading domestic law firm Vinge. I also spent four years as Nordic head of legal for ABN Amro Bank and at the leading Nordic investment bank Alfred Berg, a subsidiary of ABN Amro.
