As a senior associate in Bird & Bird's office in Milan, I focus on intellectual property, technology, media and telecommunications.

I provide clients with assistance in drafting and negotiating a wide range of IT and media contracts, such as IT outsourcing agreements, cloud computing agreements, e-commerce, software development and license agreements, sponsorship and partnership agreements.

I also advise on issues related to Internet Of Things, Artificial Intelligence, smart contracts, electronic signatures and trust services. Furthermore, I have significant experience on data protection, advertising, media services, prize competitions and contests and consumer laws.
I usually work with primary national and international clients acting in various industries, such as automotive, media, banking and finance, mass market and payment systems.

I have co-authored publications on legal issues pertaining to Artificial Intelligence and other new technologies relating to legal issues.

Before joining the team at Bird & Bird, I worked for a boutique lawfirm specialising in intellectual property and communication law, and in the IP and TMT department of an international law firm in Milan.

I fluently speak Italian and English.

• I assisted a client in setting up the contractual and communicational framework pertaining a partnership with an international charity.
• I provided assistance to a client in drafting and negotiating a number of sponsorship agreements with Series A football teams and national representatives, and within other sports events and initiatives.
• I assisted a number of clients in negotiating IT outsourcing and cloud outsourcing agreements with primary CRM providers and system integrators, in the context of digitization processes.
• I supported a client in negotiating with the municipality of an important Italian city, for the management of a public area where some innovative IT services are provided in the context of a smart district.
• I also supported a number of clients setting up the legal documentation for carrying out prize contests and competitions under Italian laws and regulations.
