About Me

I am an associate in our Intellectual Property Group in Sydney.

I have experience in advising on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious intellectual property issues, including in relation to trademarks, patents and copyright. I am passionate about assisting clients across a variety of sectors to commercialise their intellectual property and protect their assets. My experience also extends to advising on obligations under the Australian Consumer Law as well as the laws regulating therapeutic goods. Having also studied pharmacology, I am particularly interested in the overlap between the health sciences and law.

Before joining Bird & Bird, I worked at a leading Australian specialist intellectual property law firm where I was exposed to a range of intellectual property matters. More recently, I worked in the data privacy team in the Singapore office of a large technology and entertainment company. This experience allowed me to not only broaden my technical knowledge and deepen my cultural competency but also gain an understanding of the commercial realities and global issues faced by our clients.
