Maud Steffen

Within our Notary department, which is part of our Corporate group in The Hague, my main focus as a candidate civil law notary is Dutch notarial corporate law.

I advise national and international clients on the different aspects of notarial corporate law, such as incorporations, governance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring and employee participation. All of this is in close collaboration with colleagues from other disciplines or other countries within the firm.

In 2025, I joined the Notary department of Bird & Bird. Before joining Bird & Bird, I gained professional experience at various notarial (law) firms.
