About Me

I am a senior associate in our International Dispute Resolution Group in London, working on outsourcing, technology implementation and agency/licensing disputes.

My practice focuses on large-scale, multi-provider outsourcing and technology implementation disputes, including project rescues, termination and new supplier transition. This includes instructions on supplier transition disputes in the hospitality and wellness industry relating to franchising agreements, licensing models and commercial agency relationships.

I have expertise in acting for agents and principals in commercial agency termination and compensation/exit disputes, many of which have an international element. I have advised clients in several EU member states as well as in the UAE.

As a qualified Solicitor-Advocate in the English courts, I regularly represent clients as sole advocate in interim hearings, including for summary judgment and strike-out applications. As well as my advocacy, I have extensive experience in all aspects of proceedings before the English courts, including in the Court of Appeal and the UK Supreme Court.
