I advise Danish and international companies on IT contracts, data protection, and regulatory matters related to technology, digitalisation, and AI.

As part of Bird & Bird's Tech & Comms sector group, I assist clients with complex and business-critical contracts – particularly within software and IT, including SaaS agreements, outsourcing, and migration projects. I support clients throughout the full contract lifecycle – from structuring and tender processes to negotiation and implementation – with a strong focus on ensuring clear, robust, and future-proof solutions that clients can manage independently.

I have extensive experience with data protection at both strategic and operational levels. This includes mapping data processing activities, drafting and negotiating data processing agreements, and advising on vendor relationships with a particular focus on cloud-based solutions.

With the increasing regulation of AI, I also advise on emerging compliance requirements and risk management related to artificial intelligence and automation.

I work with both large, established companies and growth-stage tech startups. My approach combines legal precision with a practical and commercial mindset, aiming to provide clients with clear and implementable guidance.
