About Me

As an associate in our Intellectual Property team in Paris, I advise and assist our French and international clients with respect to patent matters in various technical fields, with a particular expertise in contentious patent issues in the pharmaceutical sector.

Prior to joining Bird & Bird in 2024, I have spent several years working as an associate in an international law firm where I mainly dealt with patent and regulatory matters in the life sciences sector.

I notably have a strong experience in assisting international clients in the definition and enforcement of their prelitigation strategy as well as in litigation cases before French courts, including in complex multiparty preliminary injunction proceedings. I also regularly collaborate with other foreign offices on multi-jurisdictional cases.

What I am most passionate about in my work is when I am facing new legal issues that require reflection and creativity, especially when they enable to participate in the development or evolution of case law.
