About Me

After training at Bird & Bird, I qualified into the Corporate department in 2017.

I am an associate in the corporate team, based in London. In my role I have gained experience and expertise in various aspects of corporate work, particularly venture capital (advising clients in both debt and equity VC deals), mergers and acquisitions (advising on both asset and share sales) and corporate restructurings (including cross border mergers under the Companies (Cross-Border Mergers) Regulations 2007).

My work for a venture debt provider has comprised of a number of transactions that were multi-jurisdictional, which has involved me leading and liaising with counsel across Europe, the US, Australia and South America.

My transactional experience has included advising both publicly traded and private companies, large multi-nationals, private equity/venture fund-backed private companies, venture capital/private equity houses, investors and management. This experience has allowed me to gain knowledge whilst working with large teams at sophisticated clients, as well as running smaller deals.

Before qualifying into the corporate team in 2017 I joined Bird & Bird as a trainee solicitor in 2015, completing seats in our banking, dispute resolution and commercial teams.
