I am an associate working in our Privacy Solution team and in our Tech & Comms Group in Paris.

Since my qualification to practice law in France (Paris Bar) in 2015, I have worked in international law firms, providing business oriented advice on commercial contracts and technology matters, notably in the field of software, cloud computing and electronic communications, as well as on data protection regulations (covering issues such as the General Data Protection Regulation and the ePrivacy directive).

My experience in providing DPO Services enable me to help our clients reach an optimal level of compliance with the applicable laws and regulations with a pragmatic approach. In this context, I carry out privacy audits in order to assess the level of compliance of a company with respect to the French Data Protection Act and the General Data Protection Regulation. I also assist clients in formulating action plans by defining the necessary compliance actions to be implemented in light of the assessments, and by determining levels of risks and priorities in the implementation of the actions. In addition, I provide advice on digital privacy issues, notably on privacy and cookie policies and their practical implementation on our clients' websites.

As part of my involvement in the Tech & Comms group, I am also able to offer comprehensive advice on all aspects of general business and information technology law. I assist clients from various sectors on commercial contracts covering e-commerce, sales, agency, partnership, distribution and procurement arrangements, as well as on IT contracts covering SaaS, licence, integration, outsourcing and other complex, structured contractual arrangements.
