About Me
I am an associate in our London-based Privacy & Data Protection team. I advise UK and international clients on technology, data protection and privacy issues.
My work covers all aspects of data protection law, including coordinating multi-jurisdictional EU/UK GDPR compliance projects, advising on direct marketing and cookie regulations, data protection policies and data processing agreements, and providing assistance with data security incidents, data subject rights requests and data transfers. I also advise on data protection issues within an M&A context and regularly review data protection considerations within commercial agreements.I have worked with businesses in a range of sectors including media and entertainment, consumer, retail, technology and payment processing.
Prior to joining Bird & Bird, I trained and qualified into the Technology & Innovation Group of a top tier law firm in Ireland.
