Katarzyna Blusiewicz

I am an Associate in the Finance & Financial Regulation team in Warsaw, specialising in financing transactions.

I have been advising Polish and international clients since 2020. I have experience in banking, finance, corporate and civil law and specialise in providing legal advice on corporate finance transactions in both the real estate and energy sectors. I also have experience in providing regulatory advice for the financial sector.

I participate in preparing the documentation necessary to obtain financing. I complete and verify documents required as conditions precedent and consequential. I prepare internal documents of borrowers, and handle other tasks as part of day-to-day services for clients, including post-transaction.

Before joining Bird & Bird, I gained professional experience working in the banking and finance teams of leading international law firms, supporting borrowers and lenders at every stage of their financing transactions.
