Karol Nowaczek

I am an Associate in the Real Estate team in Warsaw.

I have been advising clients since 2017 on real estate, civil and administrative law.

I support clients in real estate transactions, issues related to the investment and construction process, as well as lease of commercial space, such as office and warehouse spaces. I participate in projects concerning the negotiation and preparation of commercial space lease agreements. I also prepare real estate due diligence reports, including warehouse and logistics centres, and retail and office facilities.

I have experience in providing ongoing advice to housing companies and cooperatives and in projects concerning real estate regulation. I have advised on court disputes arising from construction contracts, and participated in proceedings before the National Appeal Chamber concerning public works contracts.

Before joining Bird & Bird, I gained experience in a Polish law firm. I also worked in the legal department of a major construction company.
