Jussi Herrainsilta

As a counsel in our Employment Group in Helsinki, I provide advice to our clients in various employment law matters and related dispute resolution.

In my daily work, I support our domestic and international client companies in various employment and HR matters, such as employment and director agreements, compensation and benefits, data protection in work life, mergers and acquisitions, and outsourcing. I also possess expertise in workforce restructuring, terminations of employment, and matters related to trade secret protection and restrictive covenants.

In addition, I regularly assist our clients in contentious employment matters and court proceedings related to employment law disputes and employment-related criminal matters. With my prior experience of completing my training on the bench and working as a district judge, I bring significant value to my current work in dispute resolution and litigation.

I have also served as a lawyer on secondment for an international technology company, where I managed the company's employment law matters in Finland. This role provided me with valuable insights into clients' expectations and enabled me to develop a business-oriented and solution-focused approach that is highly valued by our clients.

In addition to client work, I am a regular speaker on employment law topics at seminars and conferences, and my articles have been published in various distinguished legal journals.
