I am an associate in the Dispute Resolution Group and advise on commercial and investment matters.
I joined the Dispute Resolution Group in Bird & Bird's Paris office in 2023.
I worked for many years in investment and commercial arbitration on disputes across a range of sectors (such as energy, construction, waste, raw materials and telecommunication) especially in Europe, Middle-East and Africa.
I assisted various arbitral tribunals as a secretary.
I am well-acquainted with French business law and international private law matters. I worked on various disputes related to OHADA law. I advised clients in disputes subject to both civil and common law.
I am admitted to the Paris Bar and I hold a PhD in International Arbitration from Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas University.
For ten years, I developed my expertise in international arbitration law by contributing to books and think-tanks on arbitration law. I published my thesis on the Compensation of Non-Pecuniary Damages in International Arbitration in 2024 (La réparation du dommage moral dans l'arbitrage international, LGDJ, 2024). I co-wrote two books dedicated to international arbitration (International Commercial Arbitration: Landmark Decisions of French Arbitration Law, LexisNexis, 2019; Le droit français de l'arbitrage, LGDJ, 2023) and published articles on various subject-matter such as States' immunities.
I am a native French speaker, and fluent in English.
