I am a partner in the Energy & Utilities team, based in Madrid.

I have extensive experience in the energy and infrastructure sector, having advised on a wide range of transactions, both domestic and internationally, such as mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, real estate transactions, restructuring and reorganisation of corporate groups, representing industrial players, private equity funds and financial institutions.

Before joining Bird & Bird, I worked at a boutique law firm where I launched the Corporate and M&A practice, as well as in other international law firms.
