Johanna Parkkinen

I am an associate in our Real Estate group in Helsinki, specialising in Energy law. I also work with our Corporate and M&A teams in Finland.

I work with clients on multiple energy related projects from wind, solar, hydrogen to RFNBO. In addition to energy projects, I offer regulatory advice on national and EU-level legislation in connection to energy and utilities.

I am frequently involved in transactions in the energy sector and have experience in managing due diligence activities and assisting in the drafting of contracts. I have a strong commitment for projects and always aim to understand the goals and business of the client.

I work fluently in Finnish and English.
