As an associate in the Stockholm office's Capital Markets Group I mainly assist national and international clients on both domestic and cross-border capital market transactions, as well as on a wide range of other corporate law matters. Although my expertise remains within the capital markets area, I also advise on private transactions and other private corporate related matters.

My practice covers all aspects of capital markets, public M&A transactions and financial regulation. We assist our clients with IPO's, rights issues, public takeovers, underwritings, buyback programmes, share and share-related incentive programmes, as well as complying with capital markets regulation.
