Johanna Sternudd

As an associate in the Stockholm Office's Corporate group I assist our Swedish and international clients on both domestic and cross-border transactions as well as a wide range of other corporate law matters.

I joined Bird & Bird in early 2019 during my studies starting off as a Facility Coordinator in our facility management team. Later on, I worked as a Legal Assistant before graduating from university in January 2022. Since then I've been an Associate within the Corporate group with a special interest in both public M&A's and Venture Capital Transactions.
