I am a senior associate in our Tax group in Helsinki providing tax advice to both national and international clients operating in a broad range of sectors.

I am interested in transactions and the taxation related to them – this theme has driven me forward from the very beginning of my career as a tax advisor. I am involved in high-end tax planning related to restructuring and acquisition structures, including i.e. preliminary tax ruling procedures and tax due diligence. My assignments also include tax disputes and other consulting tasks related to corporate taxation

Alongside with corporate matters I advise individuals with their tax matters. I have also experience in engagements relating to non-profit organizations and public sector and I find these projects very interesting.

Besides providing tax advice, I have worked with banking and finance practice, which gave me insight into transactions from a different point of view. During my time at a Big Four company, I worked closely with auditors and other financial advisors. This experience helped me achieving business-minded approach to tax law.
