As an associate in the Corporate team in Paris, I primarily work on venture capital transactions for tech, medtech, and biotech companies.

I advise companies in the tech and life sciences sector from incorporation through to exit strategies, with a practical understanding of the entrepreneurial ecosystem. I provide strategic, business-focused legal support to companies throughout their business lifecycle.

Before joining Bird&Bird, I worked for 4 years in a law firm specialising in startups.
