I am an associate in our Energy & Utilities sector group in Helsinki.

I have experience in domestic and cross-border renewable energy projects, including wind, solar, and batteries as well as power-to-x, hydrogen & RFNBO from the early development stage to construction and operation.

I advise clients in the drafting of PPAs, EPCs, O&Ms, DSAs, AMAs, development agreements and other commercial agreements as well as early-stage project documentation in relation to energy projects. I have assisted both developers and investors and worked on energy related transactions as well.

I also provide regulatory advice on relevant EU and national legislation in connection to energy and utilities. My approach is to invest in understanding the key elements of the client's business and provide practical input. I work fluently in Finnish and English.
