I am an associate in our Commercial Group in London and I advise clients in the technology and communications sector, with particular experience in the space and satellite industry.

I advise on a broad range of commercial and regulatory matters in the technology and communications sectors, including advising on digital and communications regulation and reviewing and negotiating tech-related contracts. I have worked on a number of international projects, often involving new and innovative technology.

Some of the recent matters I have worked on include:
Assessing the regulatory status of telecommunications services and advising on regulatory obligations for a range of clients, including mobile, livestreaming and call analytics providers.
Reviewing and advising on technology supply and distribution agreements to support a telecommunications acquisition involving multiple channel businesses.
Supporting a global managed network and security services provider to comply with its telecommunications regulatory obligations in over 20 international jurisdictions.
Advising a satellite company on the implications of UK and EU telecommunications regulation in the provision of satellite connectivity services, including relating to net neutrality and spectrum licensing.
