I am a junior Associate in our Budapest office and a member of our Intellectual Property and Data Protection Groups.
My tasks include preparing submissions to the Hungarian Intellectual Property Office and the EUIPO, as well as the courts in various trademark and patent cases, and preparing agreements and other documents in litigious and non-litigious IP matters. I am involved in data protection matters and am helping my colleagues with electronic communications regulatory advice.
I also assist our Budapest Competition Law group.
I graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Eötvös Loránd University in 2018 and am currently studying international business. This helps me better understand the operation of our clients as businesses.
I have a strong commitment to the field of copyright; I wrote my thesis on user uploaded content in copyright, which won second place in the Hungarian Copyright Forum's Apáthy Award.
In 2017, I won first place in the Dr Nagy László Private Law Moot Competition (organised by our Budapest office). The competition was a great opportunity for improving my communication skills, which I hope to capitalise on when representing our clients in the future.
