I am a lawyer in the Dispute Resolution Group of Bird & Bird's Warsaw Office.
I have been advising clients since 2020, specialising in commercial litigation and alternative dispute resolution, with a particular focus on infrastructure, corporate and aviation matters.
I handle proceedings involving Polish and foreign clients, including leading companies in the construction, aviation and energy sectors. This includes comprehensive representation of companies in litigation at all instances, such as drafting pleadings and memoranda. I also perform due diligence, identifying process risks associated with operations and planned transactions.
I have a particular interest in international investment arbitration and ISDS (Investor-State Dispute Settlement) mechanisms. Further to this, I undertook an individual research stay at the Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA) in The Hague, where I conducted research on the evolving role of this institution in global investment arbitration.
I am the author of numerous legal articles published in specialist trade publications.
Prior to joining Bird & Bird, I gained professional experience at well-known law firms where I practised commercial and civil law. I have also worked with governmental organisations, providing opinions on draft legislation and participating in the work of committees of the Polish Parliament.
