I am a partner in the Finance & Financial Regulation group based in Madrid. I have over 16 years of experience, specialising in finance transactions and financial regulation.

I can provide you with any kind of advice in connection with financial transactions. My experience includes new money (including project finance, recaps, and LBOs), real estate finance, asset finance, artwork finance and refinancing & restructuring. I currently advise both lenders and borrowers and give advice to non-Spanish financiers in connection with Spanish security packages granted in connection with English/US/Canadian facilities agreements.

I also provide financial regulatory advice to credit institutions, investment firms and insurers, including fund formation (including UCITS funds, AIFM funds and securitisation funds). This includes purely regulatory advice and transactions with regulated entities (including, without limitation, acquisition of regulated entities, inclusion of management teams).
