Felicien Bardsley

I am a partner in our Corporate Group, based in Paris. I work on private equity (buy-out, venture capital, growth capital transactions) and M&A transactions.

I regularly advise emerging growth companies, as well as the private equity and industrial investors that finance them, mainly in the technology and life sciences sectors, on all stages of development, from inception to successive financing rounds until their sale or IPO. I also advise European and US clients on a broad range of corporate law matters, including domestic and cross-border M&A, private equity deals, and management incentive schemes.

I also advise French and foreign investment funds in their investments in France, through LBO our growth capital transactions, and I've been involved in numerous M&A transactions throughout my career.

Over the past few years, I've worked in the private equity industry, first in private equity (LBO) and then in venture & growth capital.
