I am an associate in our International HR Services Group in Paris where I advise French and international clients on all employment matters.

I have expertise in all aspects of French employment law, and advise our clients in both individual employee matters (employment contracts, terminations, settlement agreements, etc.) as well as collective employee issues (working time, professional elections, collective redundancy, etc.)

French employment law is complex and constantly evolving. My ambition is to make employment law as simple as possible and help clients be fully aware of potential risk. I always try to provide my clients with the most adapted solutions to their daily employment questions.

I trained with the HR Department of French company where I acquired experience in practical legal advice and business-oriented strategies to offer valuable insights on employment matters.

I assist companies before the French courts in litigation and pre-litigation processes relating to all employment issues.

Before joining Bird & Bird in 2020, I worked in a major employment law firm for 3 years where I had the opportunity to work with a broad variety of clients from a variety of sectors.
