I'm an associate in our Corporate practice in Stockholm, where I advise our clients on both domestic and cross-border transactions, public and private M&A transactions and other corporate law matters.

As a member of the Corporate group at Bird & Bird, I am advising on legal matters in the realm of business law. I advise on a wide range of corporate activities, ranging from corporate transactions to corporate governance matters and FDI.

I joined Bird & Bird as an associate in 2025, after working in a global law firm's public M&A department for three years.
