About Me

I am an associate in Bird & Bird's Regulatory & Administrative department in the Madrid office.

I advise on regulatory matters, mainly in the regulated sectors, such as industry, energy, and pharmaceuticals.

I have experience in advising Spanish and multinational companies in all areas of Public Law, where I have progressively specialized in different sectors of activity, especially in the industrial, energy and pharmaceutical sectors.

In this field, my main activity consists of advising to both national and international companies in their consultations on the regulatory framework, and in the review of permits, licenses, and authorizations in Due Diligences processes.

In addition, I advise on administrative proceedings, including sanctioning and contentious-administrative proceedings.

I also regularly advise to both public and private entities in the field of public procurement in all its stages (drafting of specifications, tendering, execution, termination and liquidation), as well as challenges before the Administrative Courts for contractual appeals and before national Courts.

I also have experience in Environmental Law, especially in matters related to sustainability, waste production and management, extended producer responsibility and circular economy, as well as in Competition Law.

Prior to joining our firm, I developed my career in a local firm with experience in regulatory industries.
