As an associate in the Corporate team in Paris, I mainly advise innovative companies in their fundraising operations, their development and their external growth transactions.

I advise startups and more mature companies on day-to-day corporate matters and on all stages of their development: from incorporation, through their financing rounds, the elaboration of employee incentive plans, the management of their governance and exits.

I also assist Venture Capital funds & Corporate Venture Capital funds regarding their investments into French companies.

Before joining Bird & Bird in June 2023, I worked for several years in the Corporate department of law firms renowned for their Venture / Growth Capital expertise.
