I am an attorney-at-law specialising in energy law with a focus on renewable energy and nuclear projects.
I advise public and private clients on all stages of energy investments, from planning and permitting through to construction and operation. My practice covers renewable energy projects, including onshore wind, photovoltaic installations, battery energy storage systems (BESS) and biogas. I also represent clients in regulatory proceedings before the Energy Regulatory Office.
I have extensive experience in managing legal aspects of complex infrastructure projects in the energy and industrial sectors. My work often combines issues of energy, environmental and construction law, allowing me to support clients in coordinating multi-disciplinary investments. I am involved both in the preparation of project structures and in addressing regulatory and contractual risks throughout the investment cycle.
I regularly support international investors and foreign developers entering the Polish market, helping them adapt global business models to local regulatory requirements and industry practices. My practice is dedicated to ensuring that energy projects meet legal obligations while achieving commercial success in Poland’s dynamic and evolving energy market.
In addition to renewables, I have contributed to the development of Poland’s nuclear energy programme. I served as in-house counsel during the initial phase of the country’s first nuclear power plant, advising on regulatory, contractual and project management matters. This role involved navigating the regulatory and operational complexities of developing a large-scale, strategic energy project.
